Eligibility for Refunds
- Unopened Products: You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping costs.
- Opened Products: We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for you. We will offer a partial refund (50% of the purchase price) for opened products returned within 30 days of purchase, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please note that to be eligible for a refund on opened products, at least 75% of the product must be remaining.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for refunds.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.
